Kanosuke Single Malt Japanese Whisky 2022 Edition is bottled at cask strength, 59%, in a 70cl bottle. It was produced between 2017 and 2019 from unpeated malt at Kanosuke Distillery, which was established in 2017 on the Kagoshima coast.
The whisky was aged in a combination of selected barrels, including sherry casks, and is described as smooth, full-bodied and lingering.
The nose is fruity and rich, with dried fruits such as raisins and figs.
