Kanosuke Single Malt is a Japanese single malt from Kanosuke Distillery in Kagoshima, released in January 2023. It is bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit was distilled using a combination of the distillery's three pot stills. It was aged in re-charred American white oak casks that previously held Mellowed Kozuru shochu.
Kanosuke Distillery sits on the shore of Fukiagehama beach. It was established in 2017, began operating in 2018, and is owned by Komasa Jyozo, a shochu producer.
