This is the 2025 edition of Kavalan's 15 year old Four Cask Matured whisky from Taiwan. The nose brings caramel apple mousse, chocolate, walnut cinnamon buns and creamy popcorn, with dried mandarin peel, plum, toffee and black dates. On the palate, bergamot, lemon, orange and grapefruit meet dried cranberries, raisins and longan, leading to dark chocolate ice cream and a caramel, walnut and coffee mousse.
