This is a single cask Kavalan single malt from Yilan County in Taiwan, aged for five years in a Pedro Ximénez cask.
The spirit was distilled on 23 February 2011 and bottled on 13 June 2016 at a cask strength of 55.6% ABV. The cask gave 524 bottles.
The sherry influence shows in caramel, dried fruit, chocolate and nuts, with malt and oak alongside and a dense sweetness.
