Kavalan Solist Ex-Bourbon Single Cask Strength (70cl, 56.3%)

Kavalan Solist Ex-Bourbon is a single cask, cask-strength single malt from Taiwan, bottled at 56.3% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and drawn from a single bourbon cask. The whisky matured in Taiwan's subtropical climate, which gives it depth and intensity in a relatively short time. The nose offers vanilla, coconut, tropical fruit, honey and citrus zest with delicate oak. The palate brings crème brûlée, toffee, mango, pineapple and sweet malt, with white chocolate, spice and toasted oak. The finish is long and warming, with vanilla, fruit and oak sweetness.
