A single cask, cask strength Taiwanese single malt from Kavalan's Solist range, matured in Moscatel sherry. It is bottled at 58.6% in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is rich and floral, like fruit jam on a brownie, with honey and sweetness and a background of toffee and caramel. The palate is complex and balanced, with dried fruit and nutty flavours, a silky, buttery, creamy texture and notes of chocolate.
