Kavalan – Solist Pedro Ximenez Sherry Single Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky (75cl, 50%)

Kavalan Solist Pedro Ximenez Sherry is a single cask, cask strength Taiwanese single malt, bottled at 50% in a 75cl bottle. It was matured in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, in the sub-tropical heat of Taiwan, which combines classic PX sherry character with a smooth, mellow style. The aromas are fruity, nutty and chocolatey, with rosemary, a hint of lemongrass, sweet citrus and toffee, closing on a sweet oakiness. The palate is fruity and warm, and juicy raisin and honey syrup linger in the mouth.
