Kavalan Solist Sherry Cask is a cask strength single malt from Taiwan, in a 70cl bottle. It is one of the bottlings that built the reputation of the distillery.
The nose is complex and layered, with dried fruit, nuts, spices, marzipan and vanilla. The palate is full-bodied, with dried fruits and spices, and given time in the glass, hints of coffee and dark chocolate come through.
