A Taiwanese single malt from Kavalan, first bottled in 2021 and bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is a blend of spirit aged in three types of sherry cask: Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and Moscatel. It has a deep scarlet colour.
The nose is full of ripe berries and dried fruits, with grapes, citrus, chocolate brownie and toffee, plus hints of cinnamon, clover, oak and rosemary. The palate is warm and smooth, with sherried dried fruits, candied fruit, caramel and honey.
