Kavalan – Triple Sherry Single Malt Taiwan Whisky (40%)

This is a single malt from the Kavalan distillery in Yilan, Taiwan, bottled at 40% ABV without an age statement. It combines three types of sherry cask: Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel. It is part of the distillery's core range and is not a single cask Solist bottling. The notes include dry nuttiness, dried fruit from the Pedro Ximénez and the sweetness of Moscatel. Malt, caramel, dark fruit and oak spice complete the picture.
