This is a 6 year old Kentucky bourbon bottled at a cask strength of 60%, with no added colour and no chill filtration.
The cask was bought in 2021 with the idea of leaving it for ten years or more, but a sample showed it was ready, and it was bottled in January 2025.
The grain mix typically used at the distillery is 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley.
