This is the 13th edition of Kilchoman's 100% Islay single malt, in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV. Every stage happens on Rockside Farm, on the north-west coast of Islay, from growing the barley to malting it on the floor and drying it over local Islay peat.
The barley was grown on the farm and distilled in 2012, 2013 and 2014. After a minimum of 8 years in cask, 44 bourbon barrels were selected for this release.
