A Kilchoman single malt from Islay, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The name refers to the distillery's claim to be the only one whose whisky may be called '100% Islay'. Every ingredient is produced on site and every stage of production is carried out there. Anthony Wills opened Kilchoman in 2005, the first new distillery on Islay in 124 years. It stands in the north-west of the island on Rockside Farm, a former farming estate.
