This is a 14 year old Kilchoman single malt from Islay, part of the Family Collection, bottled at 50.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Anthony Wills founded the distillery in 2005, the first new one on Islay for 124 years. It sits in the north-west of the island on Rockside Farm, and is the only Islay distillery not directly beside the sea. The 100% Islay description rests on every ingredient and working step taking place on site.
