Kilchoman 11 Year Old is part of the distillery's Family Collection. This Islay single malt is bottled at 54.7% in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery was opened by Anthony Wills in 2005, the first new one on Islay in 124 years. It occupies Rockside Farm, a former farming estate in the north-west of the island, and is the only Islay distillery that is not right on the sea.
Everything from ingredients to each stage of production is done on Islay, so its whisky alone may be labelled 100% Islay.
