Kilchoman 13 Year Old is an Islay single malt bottled at 50%, in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery was opened in 2005 by Anthony Wills, and it was the first new whisky distillery on Islay for 124 years. It is found in the north-west of the island on Rockside Farm, a former farming estate, and is the one Islay distillery not right beside the sea.
Kilchoman makes and carries out every step on the island itself, which allows its whisky alone to be called 100% Islay.
