This Kilchoman was distilled in 2014 and is a single malt from Islay matured in bourbon. It belongs to the Uniquely Islay Series and is bottled at 54.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Anthony Wills opened Kilchoman in 2005 on Rockside Farm, a former farming estate in the north-west of the island. Every ingredient and working step is carried out on site, which is why its whisky may use the name 100% Islay.
