A Kilchoman single malt from Islay, released as the Blanc de Blancs 'Whisky³' and bottled at 55.6% in a 70cl bottle. Anthony Wills opened Kilchoman in 2005, the first new distillery on Islay in 124 years. It stands in the north-west of the island on Rockside Farm, a former farming estate. The distillery is the only one on Islay that does not sit directly on the sea.
