Kilchoman Casado is a limited edition Islay single malt from 2022, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Anthony Wills opened Kilchoman in 2005, making it the first new distillery on Islay in 124 years. It stands on Rockside Farm, a former agricultural estate in the north-west of the island, and is the only Islay distillery not directly beside the sea. Its whisky is the only one that may be called 100% Islay, because every ingredient and every step of production belongs to the island.
