Genesis Stage 2 is a single malt from Kilchoman on Islay, in a 70cl bottle at 49.2% ABV. Anthony Wills opened Kilchoman in 2005, the first new distillery on the island in 124 years. It sits on Rockside Farm in the north-west of Islay, on a former farming estate. The distillery describes its whisky as 100% Islay, since all the ingredients are produced and all the work is done on site. It is the only Islay distillery not directly on the coast.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
