Kilchoman – Loch Gorm 10 Year Old 2025 Edition Sherry Cask Matured Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

This is the 2025 edition of Kilchoman Loch Gorm, a 10 year old Islay single malt bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It marks Kilchoman's 20th anniversary year and is the first Loch Gorm to carry an age statement. The whisky is matured entirely in former Oloroso sherry casks from the José Miguel Martin bodega. Twenty-three casks went into it, twenty first-fill and three second-fill, and it was bottled at the end of March 2025. The distillery's founder describes rich spices, dark fruit and barbecue sweetness alongside the light citrus and peaty character of the Islay spirit.
