Kilchoman Machir Bay 2022 is an Islay single malt, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Kilchoman opened in 2005, founded by Anthony Wills, and was the first new distillery on Islay for 124 years. It stands on Rockside Farm, a former farming estate in the north-west of the island, and is the only Islay distillery not directly on the coast. Its whisky may be called '100% Islay', because every ingredient and every step of production is handled on site.
