Kilchoman – Machir Bay (75cl)

Kilchoman Machir Bay is the core expression from Kilchoman, a farm distillery on the west coast of Islay that has been distilling since 2005. It is a heavily peated Islay single malt, named after the beach next to the distillery. The distillery grows its own Optic barley, malts it on site and peat-dries it to approximately 20 PPM. Machir Bay carries no age statement and is assembled from ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, typically drawing on spirit of five to seven years old.
