Kilchoman Sanaig is an Islay single malt, named after an inlet on the island's rugged Atlantic coast. It is a vatting of Kilchoman matured in both sherry and bourbon barrels, in a 75cl bottle.
A high proportion of the spirit is matured in Oloroso barrels, which gives the whisky its sherry-cask character.
It is usually described as balancing dried fruit and dark chocolate with rich peat smoke.
