Kirin Fuji Single Grain Japanese Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Kirin Fuji Single Grain is a Japanese grain whisky made at the Mt. Fuji Distillery, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle and non-chill-filtered. It blends three types of grain whisky: 30% heavy grain, 60% medium grain and 10% light grain. One is a bourbon-type with a rich, fruity taste, another a Canadian-type with a soft mouthfeel and deep fruit flavour, and the third a light Scotch-type grain whisky that ties the others together. All of it was aged in American white oak barrels, and the average age is more than eight years.
