Hips is a Japanese blend from Kirin Seagram, bottled at 40% in a 200ml bottle. Malt and grain whiskies go into it.
Kirin introduced the blend to the Japanese market in the 1990s, where it sold only modestly, and production ended after two years.
The bottle carries the line 'The brightest whiskey' and was bottled by Kirin Seagram Co., Ltd.
