An Irish single malt, triple distilled and non-chill filtered, aged for 12 years. It is matured in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in Marco de Bartoli Marsala wine casks from Sicily. Only 690 bottles were filled.
The nose offers treacle, malt and vanilla custard, with coffee, milk chocolate and caramel. On the palate come molasses, cinder toffee and baked apple, alongside brioche and gentle toasted notes. The finish carries a soft, warming spice.
