Koval – Four Grain Single Barrel Blended American Whiskey (47%)

Koval Four Grain is a blended American whiskey distilled from a mash of oat, malted barley, rye and wheat. It is aged in heavily charred new oak barrels from Minnesota and bottled from a single barrel at 94 proof, or 47% ABV. Only the heart cut of the distillate is used, with no heads or tails. The grains come from a farmer collective in the Midwest. It is described as having a banana nose, a creamy palate and a spicy finish.
