Koval Rye Bottled-in-Bond is an American rye whiskey in a 75cl bottle, made from 100% organic rye grain. It meets the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897: distilled in a single season, aged for at least four years in a bonded warehouse and bottled at 100 proof.
The nose is spicy, with cinnamon, crisp apple, fresh mint and charred oak. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with peppery rye spice, dark caramel, maple syrup and vanilla bean. The finish is long and spicy, with sweet oak and mint.
