Koval – Single Barrel Bourbon (20cl, 47%)

Koval Single Barrel Bourbon is a single barrel bourbon bottled at 94 proof, in a 200ml bottle. It is aged in heavily charred new oak. The mash bill is organic, made up of 51% corn and 49% millet rather than rye or wheat as the secondary grain. The nose is bright and sweet, with mango chutney, creamy vanilla and a hint of toasted apricot. The palate is soft and mellow, with caramel, vanilla custard, peppery spice and candied fruit. The finish is clean and sweet, with gentle warmth and a touch of tobacco.
