This is a single barrel bourbon from Koval, in a 50cl bottle at 47% ABV.
Koval opened in 2008 and was the first whiskey distillery to start production in Chicago after Prohibition. It has since made a name for itself internationally. The whiskey matures in small 30 gallon barrels that have been heavily charred.
