Koval Single Barrel Rye is an American rye whiskey from the Koval distillery in Chicago, in a 50cl bottle. Koval opened in 2008 and was the first whiskey distillery in Chicago to start production since Prohibition.
The spirit is made from a single grain, rye. It matures in small 30-gallon casks that have been heavily charred.
