Kujira 10 Year Old is a Japanese whisky from Okinawa, made entirely from Indica rice rather than malted barley. It was matured for ten years in new white oak barrels, and the Ryukyu style gives it a character quite different from classic malt whisky. The bottle comes in ocean-blue packaging. Tasting notes point to tropical fruit, vanilla, caramel, rice sweetness, coconut and warm spices, followed by a long, wood-driven finish.
