Kujira 31 Years Old Ryukyu Whisky (70cl)

Kujira 31 Years Old is a single grain whisky from Masahiro Distillery in Okinawa, in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled from 100% rice and was chosen by master blender Arakaki Sunao. The whisky matured for more than three decades in ex-sherry, bourbon and white oak casks, then was finished in first-fill Oloroso casks. Its character is described as delicately sweet, with caramel, dried fruits and oriental botanicals. Only 999 bottles were released worldwide. Each one is individually numbered and labelled in handmade Japanese paper.
