Kujira Ryukyu Whisky 15 Years Old is a Japanese whisky from Masahiro Distillery in Okinawa, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery was established in 1883 and is one of the oldest and largest on the island.
It is distilled from 100% rice and aged for over 15 years in Sherry, Bourbon and American white oak casks. Okinawa's warm, humid subtropical climate speeds up maturation. The whisky is described as mellow, with a silky texture and delicate fruity and botanical flavours.
