Kujira Ryukyu Whisky is a five-year-old Japanese whisky from the southern end of Okinawa, made from 100% Indica rice.
It was matured for more than five years in first-fill white oak casks, in the subtropical climate of the island. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The aroma is woody, and the flavour leans towards dark fruit. The body is smooth and mellow, and the finish carries sweet notes.
