Kurayoshi The Matsui Mizunara Cask is a Japanese single malt bottled at 48% ABV. It is matured in Japanese mizunara oak casks. The nose opens with fresh flowers, then sweet vanilla and baking spices, with a touch of creamy coconut. The palate is rich with oak, sweet cinnamon and ginger, a little chilli spice and sweet toffee. The finish is smooth, with soft caramel, oak and smoky tobacco, and creamy vanilla staying close.
