La Maison Du Rhum Paraguay Small Batch is a rum from Paraguay, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2023. It is distilled in a 100% copper column still, then matured first in former bourbon casks before finishing in Pedro Ximénez sherry and whisky casks. The release comprises 1457 bottles of 700 ml at 42% ABV. The bourbon casks contribute gentle wood and vanilla notes, while the finishing casks add rich, sweet and fruity aromas.
