This is a 30 year old Laphroaig single malt from Islay, distilled in 1966 and bottled in 1996 by Signatory Vintage from cask 559. It matured in an oak cask for the full thirty years and is bottled at 48.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Laphroaig is known for some of the most strongly flavoured Scotch whiskies, with a distinctive, medicinal peatiness.
