Laphroaig Quarter Cask is an Islay malt whisky, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle and made without chill filtering. It is matured in two stages and takes its name from the quarter cask, a small cask that speeds up maturation. This sets it apart from the familiar ten-year-old Laphroaig. The whisky is strongly peated, full-bodied and slightly sweet, with a genuinely long, spicy and smoky finish.
