Laws Centennial is a straight wheat whiskey from Laws Whiskey House in Denver, Colorado, bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It is the first wheat whiskey to be Bottled in Bond in Colorado, the Centennial State.
It is made from a single season's harvest of heirloom Centennial wheat, a spring soft white variety grown for Laws in the San Luis Valley. Laws distils everything it bottles, and it was the first Colorado distiller to bottle bonded whiskeys.
The tasting notes are jasmine tea, sage, spruce tips and pink peppercorn.
