Laws Origins Super Wheater 2024 Straight Whiskey (75cl, 60.8%)

Laws Origins Super Wheater is a 2024 release in the Laws Origins Series from Laws Whiskey House in Denver, Colorado. It is a blend of straight whiskies bottled at cask strength, 60.8% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. The blend is built around the distillery's wheated mash bills. Laws mills, cooks, ferments, distils and ages every batch on site, using heirloom Colorado grains, open-air on-grain fermentation, sour-mash fermentation and a copper pot-column still, with maturation in 53-gallon charred oak. It is described as bold, with deep oak, dense wheated softness, dark caramel and warming spice.
