Laws Ralphie's Reserve Straight Bourbon (75cl, 45%)

Laws Ralphie's Reserve is a limited-edition straight bourbon from Laws Whiskey House in Denver, Colorado, bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Laws is a grain-to-glass distillery that mills, cooks, ferments, distils and ages every batch on site, using heirloom grains from family-owned Colorado farms. Open-air on-grain fermentation and a copper pot-column still give a grain-forward style. The bourbon is aged in 53-gallon charred oak barrels for a minimum of three years. It is described as approachable, with oak, caramel and gentle baking spice.
