Le-rum Santa Maria Gold is a Japanese rum made on Ie island, known as Iejima, in the Okinawa prefecture.
It is matured in an oak barrel, which adds subtle spice and woody touches to the sweet, fruity aromas of sugar cane that run through the spirit.
