Limavady Single Malt is an Irish whiskey made from 100% Irish barley and triple distilled in a copper pot still. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit is matured in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
The nose is honeyed and sweet, with dried fruit and vanilla, and the sherry finish adds raisin, dark sugar and warming spice. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, with baked fruit, toffee and gentle oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering dried fruit and spice.
