Lindores Nectere is a Lowland single malt matured in four styles of sherry cask: Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado and Palo Cortado. It is bottled at 47.2% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery describes a nose of sweet treacle, red apples, vanilla custard cream, raisins and cinnamon. The palate offers mellow molasses, sticky dark fruits, chocolate-covered raisins, nutty macaroons, toffee and pecans, with layers of warming spice and a velvety texture. The long finish is creamy, with touches of nutmeg and cinnamon at the back of the palate.
