Lustau Don Nuño Oloroso Solera Reserva (20%)

Don Nuño is a dry Oloroso sherry from Lustau, part of its Solera Familiar line and matured in Jerez de la Frontera. It is made from 100% Palomino Fino. The wine ages without flor in a solera and criaderas system, so it meets controlled oxidation throughout. The barrels are American oak, and the colour runs from deep amber to mahogany. The nose brings walnut, toasted almond, hazelnut and marzipan over dried fig, prune and leather. The palate is full and concentrated, with dried fruit, dark chocolate, molasses and espresso. The finish is long and dry, with nuts, coffee bean and cinnamon.
