Murillo is a Pedro Ximénez sherry from Lustau, in a 50cl bottle. It comes from a special selection of casks matured by the solera method for over 30 years.
The first bottling was made in 1996, to mark the centenary of the Lustau cellars. A limited bottling has been released each year since.
It is dark mahogany in colour, intense and viscous. The nose shows ripe fruit, liquorice and molasses. The palate is rich, sweet, velvety and soft, well balanced, with a long finish.
