M&H Apex Sherry Cask is a single malt from Milk & Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv, Israel, in a 70cl bottle at 53.6% ABV.
It is matured entirely in hand-selected Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, a dark mahogany with ruby glints.
The nose is rich with raisins, dried figs, dates and plums, alongside dark chocolate, toasted nuts, leather and sweet spice. The palate is full and velvety, with nuts, dark honey, coffee, cocoa, ginger and cinnamon. The finish is long and warm, with chocolate, nuts and spice.
