M&H Classic is a single malt from Milk & Honey, the first distillery in Israel, based in Tel Aviv. It comes in a 70cl bottle and is matured in bourbon and red wine casks. It is bright amber in colour.
The nose is fruity, with red apple, peach and black grape, alongside vanilla, honey, spiced oak and some floral notes. On the palate it is spiced, with white pepper, clove and nutmeg, then honey, vanilla, red berries, malted barley and a little oak. The finish is spiced and pleasantly sweet.
